Welcome Cocktail
Your event’s Welcome Cocktail is the prelude to the Great Celbration! It is a period of time intended to entertain guests before the party.
During this period of time, guests are offered drinks to taste, which you can well accompany with delicious cold or hot canapes.
We highly recommend a musical accompainment to liven up the moment.
It is usually held at the reception party, in a location away from the banquet area, where some furniture can be arranged so that guests can easily socialize. A few seats and table for guests to place their drinks will be sufficient.
Since must of the guests will be standing, it is recommended that the Cocktail does not lasts beyond 40 or 60 minutes.
Don’t forget that decoration, drinks and canapes (if some), must be in the same style as the celebration.
If you decide to offer a Welcome Cocktail, has several options available for you.

– 1 hour Service:
– 1 Cocktail per pax
– Selection of up to 2 cocktails from menu
– Distillates and liquours
– Mixers (sodas, syrups, juices and ice)
– Glassware in accordance to selected cocktail(s)
– Bartender (1 per each 75 Pax)
